At IDEA TSG, we believe in experiences that transform teams and generate real impact. Our Team Building 2026 has placed inclusion, diversity, and social partnerships at the heart of change.
Commitment, people, and action with real impact
At IDEA TSG, we see Team Building as something more than a team day. It is an opportunity to bring people together, reinforce values, and create a real impact on society.
This 2026, our Team Building has centred on the social dimension of ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) criteria, driving activities alongside organisations that work every day for inclusion, equal opportunities, and the development of diverse talent.
An experience that has allowed us to learn through action, share across difference, and continue building a people-centred culture.
At IDEA, the SDGs guide the way we act
Each edition of our Team Building is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda, because we believe that business impact must be measurable, conscious, and shared.
In 2026 we have focused particularly on four key SDGs:
- SDG 4 – Quality Education: promoting experiential learning and the development of new skills through collaborative activities.
- SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth: fostering inclusive environments where talent is recognised and developed without barriers.
- ODS 10 – Reducción de las desigualdades: promoviendo la inclusión social y laboral de personas con distintas capacidades y realidades.
- SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals: reinforcing the value of collaboration with social organisations as a driver of change.

These SDGs do not merely frame our activities — they define the way we understand growth as an organisation.
Andalusia: craftsmanship, discipline, and shared learning
In Andalusia, the team experienced a day centred on creativity, discipline, and teamwork, in partnership with Fundación Docete Omnes.
Through marquetry workshops, participants were able to connect with the value of traditional crafts, and discover precision and patience as tools for collective learning.
La experiencia se completó con una actividad de taekwondo, donde la disciplina, el respeto y la coordinación se convirtieron en los pilares de una dinámica que reforzó la confianza entre compañeros.
Cartagena: impacto social a través del arte y el voluntariado
In Cartagena, the Team Building became an experience of social commitment alongside Talentísimo.
The team took part in a social volunteering day and the creation of a collaborative mural, an activity that symbolises diversity, collective expression, and the power of art as a tool for social transformation.
Madrid: inclusion and talent without barriers
In Madrid, the activity took place alongside Fundación A La Par and its Special Employment Centre.
Teams took part in collaborative dynamics and games designed to highlight functional diversity, talent, and the importance of creating truly inclusive working environments.
A day that reminded us that difference is not a barrier, but a source of richness for any organisation. The experience also allowed the team to connect directly with diverse working realities, understanding first-hand how inclusion translates into concrete opportunities for professional and personal development.
