Our industrial architecture is based on systems in which concrete, steel and their decorative elements are represented deploying the new BIM methodologies. BIM allows us to create digital prototypes of the physical elements to coordinate and understand the behaviour of a building.

Here at IDEA, using this BIM methodology, deploying REVIT software, we are able to work in virtual environments, obtaining the excellence of design before commencing the construction project.

Generate real constructions, designing architecture, structure and installations.
Total integration of all the elements, achieving coordination between disciplines (architecture, structure and MEP) which allows those conflicts to be settled which may occur during implementation.
Obtaining of graphic information: design drawings and construction details.
Obtaining of non-graphic information: measurements and budget where we work in 4D (Planning) and 5D (Cost Control).
Centralisation and management of changes in all construction documentation, drawings, specifications, measurements and budgets.
