On Friday 13 December, our Order of IDEA Teams—made up of six offices across Spain—gathered at the El Batel Auditorium to celebrate our annual review. This year was truly magical and full of surprises.
2024 Review: IDEAWARTS
Friday 13 December, 12:30 p.m., Cartagena (Murcia), El Batel Auditorium.
Once again, we are ready to begin our long-awaited annual review. This time, magic will take centre stage. Upon arrival, our ideators were welcomed by the top student of IDEAWARTS, who greeted them warmly at the entrance to Room B. There, she handed each of them their banner and a glowing wand—because this evening will be filled with spells and surprises.
The Ideators were sorted into houses: Madrifindor, Elcherin, Cartapuff, and Andalucerín. This year’s magical theme symbolises the spells that have guided us towards our achievements and the curses (challenges) we have overcome throughout 2024, all of which we will share during the review.
With all attendees eagerly awaiting from their seats, the curtain rose. Amid smoke and lights, our CEO and founder, Emilio Sánchez, together with our Head of Communication and Marketing, África Cano, appeared to welcome us to our very own IDEA WARTS. And so, our story began:
“IDEA TEAMS and the Path to Innovation.”

The Magic Continues: The Sorting Hat and a Touch of Mentalism
After the screening, Emilio Sánchez and África Cano returned to the stage to kick off an interactive activity—because in our annual review, our Ideators are always the true protagonists!
The Sorting Hat, in the hands of our top-performing student from IDEAWARTS, randomly selected four Ideators from four of our offices across Spain. With excitement in the air, the Hat assigned them to their houses: Madrifindor, Cartapuff, Andalucerín, and Elcherin.
Another surprise came with the entrance of mentalist Tony Bright, who left everyone speechless with his astonishing tricks and touches of humour, creating a magical and unforgettable start to our annual review.
Magic and innovation are never in short supply at IDEA Teams!

Emilio Sánchez and the Order of IDEA Teams
The time to revisit our story had arrived, and who better to lead us through it than our CEO and founder, Emilio Sánchez. He took to the stage to guide us on a journey through the evolution of our company, recounting the “curses” (challenges) we’ve faced over the years and the “spells” (solutions) we’ve used to overcome them.
From the financial crisis and the fear of the unknown to the health crisis, intensified competition, and all the challenges that crossed our path—each one was an obstacle we overcame with a key ingredient: MAGIC. And that magic is none other than our IDEA Teams. Without the talent, dedication, and passion of our team, those curses could have been fatal. It is thanks to every single Ideator that we have managed to turn challenges into opportunities.

In 2024, we reached a turnover of €19 million. Our goal: €42 million by 2026, driven by our transformation into IDEA TSG and a 23% international expansion. Emilio Sánchez
Emilio also shared IDEA’s ambitious plans for the future. We closed 2024 with a turnover of €19M, but at IDEA, we never stand still. True to our spirit of constant re-evolution, we embrace change with open eyes. This year marks a milestone with our transformation into IDEA TSG (Tech Solutions Group). Moreover, we have set a clear goal: to reach a turnover of €42M by 2026, with a significant 23% coming from our international presence.
The IDEAWARTS Faculty Roundtable
Continuing with the magic, this year we decided to innovate the event format by incorporating two roundtable discussions, featuring three thematic blocks led by our directors and heads of business units and cross-functional departments.

- Innovation

- RDI
Block B: Commitment to the Environment
- Decarbonisation
- Carbon footprint
- Sustainability
- ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance)
Block C: Identity and Global Expansion
- Identity
- Talent
- Strategy
- Brand
- Internationalisation

One of the topics addressed was the use of BIM methodology and “smart” technologies as key tools to optimise processes, reduce costs, and promote sustainability—fundamental aspects in a competitive market. IDEA has utilised these technologies not only to improve efficiency but also to position itself as a leader in innovation and social responsibility.
Furthermore, the importance of investment in R\&D\&I was highlighted, driven by European funds and strategic partnerships with research centres and universities. This has enabled the development of high-impact technological projects. These initiatives not only strengthen IDEA’s competitiveness and adaptability but also reinforce its commitment to generating a positive impact on the social and industrial environment.
In the realm of sustainability, it was emphasised how IDEA leads projects focused on the energy transition, particularly in hydrogen technologies and efficient transport networks, consolidating its role in decarbonisation through IDEA GREEN. This is complemented by its inclusive and transparent corporate culture, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which fosters talent retention and ensures sustainable growth supported by ESG strategies and partnerships with stakeholders.
This integration of innovation, sustainability, and social commitment strengthens IDEA’s position as a benchmark in the sector.
At IDEA, each Annual Review is special and features a unique theme. If you enjoyed this year’s, don’t miss this summary of our recent annual reviews—we hope you like it!
