Occupational Safety and Health: A Global Commitment
Raising awareness about the importance of promoting safe, healthy, and dignified work environments is becoming increasingly urgent. At IDEA TSG, we join this cause by driving initiatives that strengthen a culture of prevention and the overall well-being of our team.
From the QHSE Department, we reaffirm our commitment to occupational safety and health and join the global call to raise awareness about this fundamental issue.
New Challenges: Climate Change and Its Occupational Risks
Established by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in 2003, the International Day for Safety and Health at Work aims to raise awareness about the importance of ensuring safe working conditions. This year, the focus is on a new challenge: the impact of climate change on work environments.
Phenomena such as extreme heat waves, storms, wildfires, and poor air quality are creating new occupational risks. These factors not only increase the likelihood of accidents and occupational illnesses but also affect workers’ mental health, performance, and adaptability, especially in sectors like construction, industry, and transportation.
Now more than ever, it is essential to review and adapt our prevention strategies to this new climate scenario.
Data Highlighting the Importance of Taking Action
More than 402 million people suffer work-related injuries each year. These figures demonstrate the magnitude of the problem and reinforce the need to promote a strong culture of occupational safety and health, capable of preventing accidents, illnesses, and loss of life.

Our Commitment at IDEA TSG: Prevention, Awareness, and Training
At IDEA TSG, we are committed to a comprehensive strategy to promote safer and healthier work environments, based on:
- Continuous assessment of occupational risks.
- Implementation of robust prevention plans tailored to each work area.
- Regular safety and health training, promoting active participation from the entire team.
- Promotion of corporate social responsibility as a core element of our strategic decisions.

We believe that safety should not only be a legal obligation but a fundamental value that integrates into our daily lives.
Strengthening the Culture of Safety and Well-being at IDEA TSG
At IDEA TSG, we believe that occupational safety and health are essential pillars for building a culture based on respect, trust, and well-being. Every action matters, and every person plays a key role in this shared commitment.
Throughout the year, we drive various initiatives that promote safer and healthier work environments. In 2025, we aim to further strengthen our preventive approach by implementing new actions that help consolidate this culture of care.
Among the planned activities, we will conduct internal surveys to gauge the level of awareness and knowledge regarding safety, as well as webinars focused on managing and controlling work-related stress, recognizing that mental health is key to a sustainable environment.
At IDEA TSG, we are convinced that workplace well-being is not just a commitment but a way to build a safer, healthier, and more humane future for everyone. Every step we take strengthens our culture of care and prevention because taking care of our team means taking care of the heart of our organization.
