DIPI, an Internal Communication Action by IDEATEAM, with guaranteed success
A few weeks ago, the El Batel Auditorium in Cartagena welcomed the IDEA Ingeniería team, who turned up at the venue to start and enjoy the great DIPI adventure. A ground-breaking internal activity, in which employees proposed, through the game, various ideas for improvement, which point to the evolution and growth of our company.
DIPI is one of the various internal activities that IDEATEAM organises every year, the goals of which promote cohesion and create interpersonal bonds among the entire team that makes up the company. A unique project that promotes leadership skills and teamwork in problem solving.
IDEA, en su apuesta por la mejora de la empresa y de su equipo, continua implementando acciones muy específicas y motivacionales de forma regular, contempladas ya en la política empresarial a largo plazo de la ingeniería, como ocurre en este caso con DIPI, una actividad muy original de gamificación personalizada al 100% y exclusiva para la empresa. Siempre partiendo del concepto de : Motivación 3.0: “todo está por conseguir” , un lema que dio origen a este programa de actividades de incentivo.
IDEA Ingeniería’s CEO Emilio Sánchez, who relentlessly invests in human talent in his company, while focusing on keeping teams engaged, committed and motivated, has implemented this new strategy in which he presents this great challenge to IDEA Ingeniería’s super team.
A challenge that encourages them to play in order to evolve, transform and achieve the goal: to continue being the most innovative engineering company in the market and doing things in a different way.
What does the DIPI adventure consist of?
Discovering, devising, prototyping and implementing are just some of the many features of this serious game, which also encourages innovation and development, both personally and professionally, inside and outside the company. This is due to the fact that DIPI provides, through different group dynamics, from the most original and groundbreaking ideas to the challenges proposed in the initial session. All this, always with a view to improving involvement with the company and its internal and external communication.
How does IDEA Ingeniería play DIPI?
During the first meeting we had the opportunity to organise a few weeks ago, IDEA Team approached the DIPI adventure with an initial challenge: to be one of the three winning ideas. To do this, the 60-strong IDEA Team was divided into teams of four, and came up with over 300 reformulations, resulting in 500 ideas. 12 of these ideas were worked on by the teams to finally become one of the three best.
Undoubtedly, it was an event in which IDEA team’s talent and participation made the game a great success.
Which were the ideas that boarded the shuttle?
Once the teams managed to overcome the missions:

To this end, the players were the ones to vote from among all the ideas submitted. The most voted ideas were then entrusted to the Court of Wisdom, made up of the CEO of IDEA Ingeniería Emilio Sánchez; the leader of the Technology Committee, Domingo Vera; and the leader of the Consultancy Committee, Ismael Macanás, in charge of selecting the 3 best ideas.

Brief description: Creation of an improved work environment through a series of actions for the benefit of the employee that will result in time optimisation, greater concentration and collaboration.

Objective: Development of a collaborative platform for launching new innovative ideas / products.

Brief description: Creation of a collaborative web platform that any IDEA member can use to launch new ideas and products in order to determine whether they are feasible and implement them.

Once the first day is over… What will the teams do?
After having selected the 3 best ideas, their teams are currently developing the perfect strategy to implement these ideas and make them a reality.

DIPI is a unique experience designed to encourage new innovative ideas to implement them within the company. Its benefits? Improved work environment, stronger cooperation, and a greater unity in overcoming new challenges as a team. However, this initiative goes beyond the company, as participants can win great prizes such as: a day at the SPA, physiotherapy sessions, multi-adventure activities, a gift voucher from El Corte Inglés or MediaMarkt, or social initiatives such as a donation to an NGO, among many other prizes and benefits.
