IDEA 1ª ingeniería de España certificada con la ISO 45001:2018 por AENOR

En IDEA Ingeniería sumamos otro reconocimiento más, tras la entrega del Certificado del Sistema de Gestión Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, conforme a la Norma ISO 45001:2018, que concede AENOR. 

We recently received the Certicate AENOR for the Occupational Health and Safety Management System o (SST-0161/2018), in accordance with ISO 45001:20 1 8 Standard of which we aretruly proud. The certificate was handed overto ourCEO, Emilio Sánchez, Rosa Mas Andreo, Health and Safety ManagerandRafael Manzano, Quality Manager at IDEA, by AENOR Mediterranean Region Director,Ángel Luís Sánchez Cerón.

IDEA is the first company in the sector in Spain to obtain this Certificate fromAENOR. A certification that highlights the importance of reinforcing continuous improvement in the company. The new ISO 45001, published in 2018, brings important changes, the most important being the integration of the well-being of an organisation’s personnel, through its Health and Safety at Work Management System. An issue that IDEA Ingeniería has always taken very seriously, displaying a strong commitment to the team’s development and welfare since its inception.

¿Cuáles son esos cambios y por qué son tan importantes?  

Los beneficios que suponen estar certificados en la ISO 45001:2018 son los siguientes: 

• Al ser normativa ISO, el Sistema de Gestión de la Salud y Seguridad cumple con los requisitos y estándares reconocidos a nivel internacional. 
• Ayuda a promover un lugar de trabajo seguro y saludable.  

• Incrementa la importancia del desarrollo de la prevención dentro de una empresa. 
• Genera registros de la Gestión de indicadores, para demostrar que se cumple con los objetivos para una mejora continua de la organización.

¿Cuál es nuestro objetivo?  

Continuous improvement is the top priority for all ISO systems, but especially for IDEA, which aims toimplement an Integrated System, , together with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and the UNE 166002 for RDI that we intend to obtain next year..

¿Qué hemos conseguido?  

Over the years, IDEA has achieved a more effective Occupational Health and Safety management, promotingapreventive culture among its personnel. Proof of this is the acknowledgement by Ibermutuamur for our performance in terms of occupational risk prevention, recording ratios significantly more favourablethan those recorded as an average for our sector, which, in addition, has enabled us to access the benefits provisioned in Royal Decree 404/2010 (BONUS) in the 2015 fiscal year.
