Transfer towers in Russia
On this occasion, the project involved the construction of two transfer towers and a storage building, including a silo with three discharge spouts for the coke line for the Antipinsky refinery in Russia.
Phases
- Engineering for the design and calculation of the metallic structure
- Calculation and design of bolted joints
- Preparation of calculation reports justifying the designs and calculations of the metallic structure
- Metal structure drawings for workshop
- Assembly drawings of steel structure
- Detailed measurements
Objetives
In order to meet our client’s needs, we have performed the design, calculation and detail engineering for the metal structure:
- 2 transfer towers, weighing 17 t and 22 t
- 1 storage building with silo, weighing 124 t
