Project description:
- IDEA designs two steel-structure buildings, one of which consists of three adjoining warehouse units with a length of 73.50 m, spans of 30.0 m and a floor area of 7,659 m2, intended to house 18 cold rooms with a total capacity of 20,000 m3.
- The other building consists of two adjoining warehouse units, an enclosed loading bay, and a basement area for the machinery room and workshops, with a floor area of 8,025 m2 to accommodate 12 cold rooms with a total capacity of 15,000 m3.
- These buildings are designed with a structural system of fixed-base portal frames.
- A 40 mm thick sandwich panel roof with a 10% slope. Exterior enclosure made entirely of corrugated sheet metal. Electrical, fire protection, cold storage and fluid piping facilities.
