- Energy Saving and Efficiency Measures (hereinafter MAEES), distinguishing between those with a short payback (less than two years) and those with a longer payback.
- Prioritisation of the MAEES to be implemented based on this parameter, including Objective, Current Condition of the Facilities, Analysis of Current Energy Consumption, Proposals and Energy Efficiency Improvements, Summary, Conclusions, etc.
- Current condition of the various installations: Domestic Hot Water (DHW), HVAC, Refrigeration, Lighting, etc.
- Analysis of electricity bills.
- MAEES with significant saving potential.
- MAEES with undetermined saving potential.
- Summary of actions to be carried out.
