Scope:

Design, modelling and development of the necessary information to manufacture and assemble the metal structure, handrails, tramex, enclosures and finishes for the extension of the bituminous sand plant in Canada.
Design and calculation of the bolted joints needed for the different modules into which the structure is divided.
Preparation of approval plans with description and details of the selected solutions’ joints.
The approximate dimensions and quantities of projected structural steel material amount to 3,000 tn.
