We continue working for MOS INDUSTRIAL on a large EPC project in FRANCE<\/h2>\n

Once the Detailed Engineering works in the EPC project for MOS Industrial in France (Reunion Island) have been completed, we begin with the second phase, in which we are manufacturing the main and secondary Metallic Structure of the SCR Building.<\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]In this EPC project<\/strong> we went to France<\/strong>, specifically to <\/strong>Reunion Island, to meet ALBIOMA<\/a>, a prominent leader in renewable energies that built its first bagasse\/coal hybrid combustion cogeneration plant (62MW)<\/strong> and which constitutes an an innovation worldwide.<\/strong> This plant was created to improve the electrical energy supply of the sugar refining plant located in the same place, thus giving added value to the by-product (bagasse) that is generated in this operation. Regarding its history, Albioma continues with its development in thermal biomass<\/strong>, after commissioning a second section in Bois-Rouge, in 2004. <\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_video link=”https:\/\/youtu.be\/QRez9qMhzr0″ align=”center”][vc_separator][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

During the past year, the group awarded the company<\/span> YARA Environmental Technologies GmbH<\/a><\/strong>, the optimization of the SCR reactor.<\/strong><\/span> Fue entonces cuando la empresa espa\u00f1olaIt was then that the Spanish company MOS INDUSTRIAL<\/a>, a partner of YARA Environmental Technologies<\/strong> in the Bois Rouge Project, assigned IDEA Engineering to carry out the Manufacturing Detail Engineering of both the main and secondary Metallic Structure of the SCR Building.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

In the same way, we have also been awarded the manufacture and application of the hot-dip galvanized surface treatment of said metal structure<\/strong>, the supply of screws, the electro-welded grating,stair steps, stair stringers,handrails and vertical stairs of the Project.<\/span><\/p>\n

Manufacture of the main and secondary metal structure<\/span><\/h4>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]IDEA, thanks to its Turn-Key service (EPC)<\/strong>, got carry<\/strong> out in two months the manufacture of the Main Structure, which amounted to almost 300 tons<\/strong>. Currently, during the second phase of the project, they are also executing the Supervision and Control tasks during manufacturing in the Workshop<\/strong>, as well as in the application of surface treatment in the Hot Dip Galvanizing company.<\/strong> Not forgetting of course the the control of the loading of the merchandise in 18 open top 40-foot containers, carrying out the Packing List.<\/strong> <\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]Carrying out EPC projects, such as the one we are carrying out in Reunion Island for MOS INDUSTRIAL, allows IDEA to collaborate with other companies, through carrying out works and installations in the most intelligent way<\/strong>, starting from the management processes for the design control and going through the supplies, up to the construction and start-up of the project.
