IDEA certifies its RDI management system and obtains the Innovative SME seal<\/h2>\n

IDEA certifies its RDI management system, within the UNE 166002 framework, and obtains the Innovative SME seal: a constant commitment to innovation.<\/h5>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]IDEA<\/strong> takes another step forward in its constant commitment<\/strong> to innovation<\/strong> and, to this end, it has certified its internalRDI management<\/strong> system through this reference standard, and is one of the few engineering companies to have been awarded such acknowledgement.<\/strong> This certification is added<\/strong> to the integrated management system withISO 14001<\/strong> for Environmental Management, (obtained in only two and a half months<\/a>), ISO 45001<\/strong> for Health and Safety at Work and ISO 9001<\/strong> for Quality.<\/p>\n

The UNE 166002<\/strong>audit<\/strong> was carried out in mid-March, coinciding with the on-site work stoppage caused by COVID-19.<\/strong> However, thanks totelematic means and system digitalisation<\/strong>, this assessment was able to be carried out online<\/strong> with great success<\/strong>, as no non-conformities were recorded during any of its phases.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_single_image image=”51824″ img_size=”300×400″ alignment=”center”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

What have we achieved with the deployment of this standard?<\/span><\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Thanks to the deployment of this standard, IDEA consolidates its RDI management through different initiatives that focus on making innovation, over and above its exclusively dedicated personnel, a concept that cuts across the entire organisation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To this end, among other actions, an Innovation Committee<\/strong> has been created with members representing IDEA departments, and an online idea mailbox<\/strong>has been set up, to encourage the participation of all #IDEATeams. In addition, a Technology Watch system<\/strong> has been developed to identify market trends<\/strong> and to be able to detect opportunities<\/strong> early on.<\/p>\n

All of this has been accompanied by a review and updating of the protocol and process<\/strong> management system and operation<\/strong> of innovation projects.<\/strong> Similarly, the appropriate indicators and goals have been defined in order to ensure their correct performance.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]As a result, IDEA has been successful in increasing the creation of new knowledge<\/strong>, generating ideas to develop new products, processes and services<\/strong> and transfer this knowledge to all areas of the organisation’s activity.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″]

Thanks to Superia Consultores’ experience, we have managed to establish more effective deployment strategies, and therefore consolidate our integrated management system.<\/h4>\n<\/q>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]This process was financed by INFO of Murcia and FEDER<\/strong> Funds, through the Systematisation cheque, which promotes the deployment of quality processes in innovation management On the other hand, we have relied on the advice<\/strong>given to us by the SUPERIA consulting<\/a>company who, thanks to the experience acquired in this sector, have transferred to us the knowledge to establish more effective deployment strategies and consolidate our integrated management system.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text]On the other hand, mention should go to the recent awarding of the Innovative SME seal,<\/a><\/strong> by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness,<\/strong> which recognises the organisation as an accredited innovative company<\/strong> that, in recent years, has carried out activities in the field of Research, Technological Development or Technological Innovation (RDI) This acknowledgement implies a series of tax deduction benefits, the option to participate in the Innovative Public Procurement or access to ICO (Innovation and Technological Fund) financing lines.<\/p>\n
