Last Friday, June 27th, the awards ceremony was held for the European Business Innovation and Management Award, which the European Association for the Economy and Competitiveness (AEDEEC) awarded to IDEA Ingenier\u00eda, to recognise our firm and relentless pursuit of new ways to promote and strengthen corporate innovation, one of the main drivers of the Spanish and European economy.<\/h4>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]At IDEA<\/span>Engineering we have done it again. At IDEA Ingenier\u00eda we have made it again. This time the European Association for the Economy and Competitiveness (AEDEEC<\/a>) awarded the European Business Innovation and Management Award for the first time to the companies, professionals or institutions that strive to strengthen corporate innovation and are committed to new formulas, which they integrate into their daily activities.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The awards ceremony took place at the Eurostars Suites Hotel in Madrid last Friday, July 27th. It began at 21:30 hours with a gala dinner presided over by the renowned television journalist Ana Garc\u00eda Lozano. It was a delightful evening that benefited from the support of the Corporate Social Responsibility department of AEDEEC, who always allocates an economic percentage to the associations and NGOs with which it works (Save the Children, Red Cross and UNICEF).[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The event was attended by both the award winners and the Honorary Council of the European Association for the Economy and Competitiveness, with Mr. D. Enrique Cerezo Torres<\/em><\/strong>an entrepreneur and president of the Atl\u00e9tico de Madrid Football Club, Mr. D. Kike Sarasola<\/em><\/strong>an entrepreneur and founder of Room Mate Hotels; His Excellency Dr. Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Gay de Li\u00e9bana<\/em><\/strong>, Doctor in Economic Sciences and Law, and Professor of Financial Economics and Accounting at the University of Barcelona; His Excellency D. Juan Antonio Maroto Ac\u00edn,<\/em><\/strong> Professor of Financial Economics at the Complutense University of Madrid and His Excellency Mr. D. Juan Jos\u00e9 Enr\u00edquez Barb\u00e9<\/em><\/strong>, Dean of the College of Economists of Valencia.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The solemn presentation of awards was made by Mr. D. Jos\u00e9 Luis Barcel\u00f3, president and editor-manager of the newspaper El Mundo Financiero, who presented the European Award for Management and Corporate Innovation to our CEO, Emilio S\u00e1nchez.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Emilio S\u00e1nchez, after beginning his speech, thanked the Association for the award that they have created this year for the first time, as it recognises the effort of all those who continually focus on innovation. He also wanted to give a special mention to IDEATEAM, his team “that made it possible to start as a company of 10<\/strong>. In just a few months IDEA will be 10 years old, and we have multiplied our team by that number, and there are now 100 of us.”[\/vc_column_text][rev_slider_vc alias=”premio_europeo_gestion_innovacion”][vc_column_text]This important distinction from the AEDEEC is given only to those who, after a detailed study, deserves this award. In this case it identified us as the benchmark in corporate management and innovation.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]With this initiative, the European Association for the Economy and Competitiveness aims to value and recognise the efforts of all actors committed to projects to implement new business management models that improve competitiveness, production and efficiency.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]At IDEA<\/span> Ingenier\u00eda we not only make an impact with our industrial innovation projects<\/a> in the Industry 4.0<\/a> sector, or at any event we attend.
